In Order To Hear Within You Need To Stop!

“The quieter you become, the more you can hear.”
The voice within us… you know the one. It gives you guidance and direction. Leads you toward your purpose; helps you fulfill your dreams. You hear that voice often right? Or is your life so busy that you cannot hear it? Are you so surrounded by noise and brain clutter that your purpose in life and your dreams also seem at such a far off, distant whisper that you can barely recognize them?

In order to hear and connect with the higher self within you must stop on a regular basis. A tree does not grow to its full, magnificent height in a single season. Rather, it grows for a few months, sheds all its leaves, and becomes temporarily dormant. After a period of rest, the tree sprouts a whole new set of leaves and begins to grow upward again. In today’s modern society we tend to keep going even when our bodies and mind is crying out for rest. I have found that many people do not know how to be quiet and being alone scares them to death. Why? Because they have to face themselves and sometimes deal with situations that are disturbing and they don’t want to look at.

Life is a cycle of effort and rest. The effectiveness of each depends on the other. Get enough rest, and you’ll be more effective in your efforts. Put your energy into your actions, and you’ll rest well. I’m often asked, “How can I rest when I can’t turn off my mind.”

That’s when you need to do a form of meditation such as:
1. Prayer
2. Lying back and listening to music on radio or CD
3. Focusing attention, while sitting still, on a fishing rod float; gazing at a loved person, object, or scene
4. Fireside or barbecue contemplation.

All these activities and many more, involve staying still and passive attention to something.
A passive attitude means that distractions from environmental sounds and the inevitable intrusion into the mind of thoughts and images are viewed casually and detachedly, this is being in a meditative state. Let them come and go, of no more consequence than clouds passing across an expanse of sky.

Going, going, and going all the time will not get you where you truly desire to be. Move steadily and forcefully forward. Then stop for a while. Consider where you are, how you got here, and where you will go next. Even the most carefully planned route requires frequent mid-course corrections. So take a regular break to get your bearings. Practice meditation and deep breathing exercises daily. Deep breathing for five minutes will relax the body and clear the mind. If you feel intense anxiety breathe in deeply through the nose and hold the breath for five seconds, then exhale forcefully through the mouth and repeat this until you feel the stress and tension melting away. Once you feel more peaceful you will find your inner voice and be able to listen to the messages you are receiving.

Strengthen Your Strengths

Mistakes
Strengths are developed as you grow in character and integrity. They influence your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Skills aren’t strengths. Strengths are built on strong morals and principles that lead to well being for yourself as well as those you touch, and they are priceless. Be proud of how far you have come despite the obstacles in your path. You are stronger today because of those obstacles. In reality you are stronger than you think.

Take Control Of Your Day!


We look at control today … at too much of it and at too little. When the world around you is mad, your vision must be clear and your nerves under control. When the world around you is power mad, it is up to you to control yourself, your thoughts, actions, and your own part of it.

All life is a ceremony

Have you ever stopped to think that Every Act is a ceremony creating a result in our lives? Every ceremony we do always brings results to our lives.

If we think or act in a negative or hateful way we are doing this to ourselves. More problems are created internally then we can ever imagine. Our thoughts are very real and send out a vibration all around us. And we will attract while we send out.

If we continue to do negative things we will eventually destroy ourselves. Any time we live our lives out of harmony, we are destroying a part of humanity.

Any time we treat anything with disrespect whether it is another human being or a plant or an animal, we are performing bad/negative ceremonies. These ceremonies not only have an effect on ourselves but will simultaneously affect everything. We need to use our power well, only do good ceremonies.

Monitor your thoughts! If you do you will catch yourself accidentally thinking in a negative or disrespectful way. Immediately correct your way of thinking and turn it into a positive.

In the words of Gandhi, “Be the change you want to see in the world.”

Thoughts are a vibration and our thoughts create our world. Keep sending out good vibrations and you will find your life improving.

Healing With Joy and Happiness!


We are more powerful than we think. Our thoughts can control each day of our life. It is time to wake up and choose what you want each day of your life. If you want to be happy then start practicing happiness. Avoid negative energies from people, media, and any other forms. Watch comedies. Go outside and observe Mother Nature and the happiness of her creatures.

Joy can be found within when we let go of our expectations about our life. It is enough to just live. When you can find joy from the experience of living you cannot help but reflect this to the world.

Now more than ever we need to heal the world and we can do this through the power of our thoughts and practicing spreading joy and happiness!

Where Does The Soul Go After Death?

It will go to wherever your mind pulls it. Remember, your existence is held together by your thoughts.

If you believe that you will either go to heaven or hell; that will be what happens for you.

If you believe that you will be joined with others spirits that will be what happens.

If you believe that you will be in the presence of the Divine Spirit; it will be so.

If you believe you will be greeted by family and friends that will be your experience.

If you believe in nothing, that becomes your reality.

Your thoughts create your experiences after this life, regardless of the dimension, plane, or reality in which your soul exists. After a period of acclimation, you may “wake up” from this experience.

Or, you may be subject to your spiritual leaders who automatically make the decision for you of where you need to go next. Your participation in the creation of your after life depends upon how willing you are to be responsible for your Self.

If you are adventuresome in life, you may want to experience this type of physical death. What may seem painful and traumatic to others may be exactly what you need and want to experience.

Perhaps you choose a dramatic exit to be remembered. Sometimes the quietest individual chooses to make a statement in this way. What could not be said in life is said in death.

Oftentimes those that have lived a life larger than the average person will go very peacefully and quietly into the spirit world.

You have a lot of control about where your soul goes after you die. Think about this and start living your life NOW in the way that will help you get to where you want to go in the Spirit World.
