Remembering President John Kennedy 54 Years Later

Remembering President John Kennedy 50 Years Later. By Cherokee Billie. Click picture to read article
For those of us who were alive in 1963 we can never forget Friday November 22, 1963. President Kennedy was greatly loved by so many and it was unbelievable that he could be cut down so quickly.

I was twelve years old and in junior high school when the announcement came over the intercom stating that the President had been shot. Everyone in the class got very quiet. Not much was said. An hour later the announcement came that the President was dead. It was difficult to believe because he was such a likable man. The teachers started crying and yet we stayed in school. Back then in Los Angeles California they didn’t send us home, even when it was a major tragedy. That afternoon when my mother picked me up at school I asked her if she had heard about the president being dead, of course she had.

All of us as a nation stayed by our television or radio and watched and listened to all of the events and information as it came through. The funeral was one of the saddest moments of my young life.

I posted a memoir yesterday about my getting to vote for John Kennedy in the election because he really was dynamic. He brought vitality into government. Prior to him running for president all of government seemed boring to me. He made me want to become involved in my country and helping others. One of the great legacies he left behind was the Peace Corps, which to this day still helps people in other countries as well as helping Americans understand other cultures. His speeches were so profound and they were recorded and made into records and I bought each one of them as they were released. To this day his speeches resonate with people.

President Kennedy inspired all of us young people to be better than we were and I think that is a beautiful legacy to leave behind.

Amazingly his death had been predicted hundreds of years previously by the great prophet Nostradamus.

In a prophecy indexed 1 Q26, Nostradamus in 1555 wrote:
“The great man will be struck down in the day by a thunderbolt.
The evil deed predicted by the bearer of a petition.”

President John Kennedy was shot shortly after twelve noon 50 years ago in Dallas Texas. In Nostradamus day guns had not been invented so it makes sense that he would see it as a thunderbolt. Jeane Dixon, one of the foremost prophets of modern times, earned international notoriety for predicting JFK’s assassination as early as 1956. The last month before he was killed she repeatedly tried to get the message to him to be careful that he was about to be assassinated. I believe the “bearer of the petition” was Ms. Dixon. Nostradamus may have chronicled her unsuccessful attempt to forewarn the president.

Nostradamus was an incredible prophet, it is amazing to see how he visualized something centuries ahead and it points out that some things are destined to happen.

For me it seems like these events happened yesterday. I would like people to remember what a great impact John Kennedy had upon the American people. Generations that have followed cannot quite understand what he represented at the time. There will never be another one like him.

God Bless You Mr. Kennedy!

THE SPIRITUAL GIFTS OF LIVING IN THE LIGHT AND LOVE OF THE CREATOR

light angel
If I speak with the words of wise men and angels, but do not have perfect unconditional love, then my words are so insincere that they feel and sound hollow and cold like empty brass, or a clanging cymbal.

If I have the gift of vision or prophecy and I understand all spiritual mysteries including all knowing-knowledge; if I have all degrees of faith to move mountains, but I do not have perfect unconditional love, then I am nothing.

If I sell all my material goods to feed the poor, or offer to give my body as a sacrifice so others may live, but I do not have not perfect unconditional love, it profits me nothing in this world or the world to come.

Perfect unconditional love endures pain and suffering for long periods of time without love being returned. Perfect unconditional love is kind; it is not jealous or envious; it doesn’t brag or boast, it is not bloated with pride or arrogance.

Perfect unconditional love does not show itself through the use of unbecoming actions, provocative deeds or profane words; it does not elevate itself to a higher level of expectation in others; it is not easily provoked, in fact it endures the offenses tossed at it without murmuring or complaining, and it refuses to yield to outbursts of contempt, anger or rage.

Perfect unconditional love does not and will not condone evil in any form, fashion or shape; but it rejoices, delights and celebrates in all actions of truth. It remains firm and secure in every situation, it believes the best at all times, it hopes for success regardless of the circumstances, and it helps carry the burdens and weights of life no matter what they are. It is completely unwavering. Perfect unconditional love never fails.

Prophecies and visions will fail, words of wisdom will cease, and knowledge will vanish. At this moment, I only know in part, and I only see and speak in part. The day comes soon, when He who is Perfect Unconditional Love will come, and then all those things which I see, envision, or speak in part will be revealed and completed.

When I was a child, I spoke like a child; I understood like a child, I thought like a child: but when I became grown, I put away childish things.

Right now I see things through a dark glass and what I know and see is only in part; but once face to face with His perfect unconditional love, then shall I know and see as I am known and seen.

For now I live in faith, hope, love, just these three; but the greatest of these is truly perfect unconditional love. I must hurriedly run after perfect unconditional love while I can, but I should still keep desiring spiritual gifts so I may prophesy and speak truth to others. For those who speak directly to God the Creator: they must know how to speak to Him, and no one understands Him; because He speaks mysteries in the Spirit. The ones who do understand Him will then prophesy through words or visions to all others for their uplifting guidance, encouragement and direction, and comfort, reassurance and peace.

Prophecy of Merlin

“The seas shall rise up in the twinkling of an eye, and the dust of the ancients shall be restored.

The cult of religion shall be destroyed completely, and the ruin of the churches shall be clear for all to see. The race that is oppressed shall prevail in the end, for it will resist the savagery of the invaders.

The Boar of Cornwall shall bring relief from these invaders, for it will trample the necks beneath its feet. The islands of the Ocean shall be given into the power of the Boar, and it shall lord it over the forests of Gaul. The House of Romulus shall dread the Boar’s savagery, and the end of the Boar will be shrouded in mystery. The Boar shall be extolled in the mouths of its peoples, and its deeds will be as meat and drink to those who tell tales.

In the twinkling of an eye the seas shall rise up and the arena of the winds shall be opened once again. The winds shall do battle together with a blast of ill-omen, making their din reverberate from one constellation to another.”
-Merlin, the prophet (13th century)

It is fascinating to see what this marvelous prophet/psychic saw so long ago. Some of these statements may not make sense to you, but if you go through history you will see that many of these things did happen and I especially like the part about the oppressed prevailing in the end.
