Remembering Michael Jackson on his 58th birthday!

August 29, 1958-June 25, 2009

August 29, 1958-June 25, 2009

True legends never die and Michael Jackson will always be remembered as one of the greatest entertainers ever. I wanted to pause and remember Michael Jackson on the anniversary of his birth.

Michael’s style was unique and totally original. From the time he became famous as a child it was evident that there was something different about this young boy. As he grew and became an adult he proved what a remarkable artist he was with his dynamic album “Thriller.” His dancing was magical and there was no way you could not take your eyes off of him when he performed. He knew how to captivate an audience.

His charitable work was a constant love of his. When he was alive he gave to more charities then any other entertainer at that time. He had great empathy for those that were suffering in this world. He understood suffering as he did not always have an easy life growing up and being famous. They were both difficult and filled with hardships. People only saw the glitz and the glamour and not what went on behind the scenes.

No matter what he was going through Michael always did his best to show appreciation and love for his fans. He understood that they were the reason he was successful.

His passing at the age of 50 was a shock for so many, but I feel that the pressures he went through took a hard toll on his life. What he did was leave a great legacy of work in his music, dancing, poetry, writing, and humanitarian work.

I was privileged to be able to speak to his spirit after his passing and I learned a great deal about Michael Jackson that I never knew. I had not been a fan of his although I always knew he was a great entertainer. I prefer hard rock and roll and his type of music just did not appeal to me.

Channeling his spirit changed my life in more ways than one. I never would have thought of contacting his spirit, but I was asked by a radio station if I could contact him a few days after his passing. I was able to do it on radio and from there I continued channeling him until he had delivered the messages that he wanted his fans to hear and then it was time for him to move forward on his spiritual journey.

His Legacy

In the early 1980s, Michael became a dominant figure in popular music. The music videos for his songs, including those of “Beat It”, “Billie Jean”, and “Thriller”, were credited with breaking down racial barriers. With videos such as “Black or White” and “Scream”, he continued to innovate the medium throughout the 1990s, as well as forging a reputation as a touring solo artist. Through stage and video performances, Jackson popularized a number of complicated dance techniques, such as the robot and the moonwalk, to which he gave the name. His distinctive sound and style has influenced numerous hip hop, post-disco, contemporary R&B, pop, and rock artists.

Jackson’s 1982 album Thriller is the best-selling album of all time. His other albums, including Off the Wall (1979), Bad (1987), Dangerous (1991), and HIStory (1995), also rank among the world’s best-selling. Jackson is one of the few artists to have been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice. He was also inducted into the Dance Hall of Fame as the first and only dancer from pop and rock music. Some of his other achievements include multiple Guinness World Records; 13 Grammy Awards as well as the Grammy Legend Award and the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award; 26 American Music Awards, more than any other artist, including the “Artist of the Century” and “Artist of the 1980s”; 13 number-one singles in the United States in his solo career, more than any other male artist in the Hot 100 era; and the estimated sale of over 400 million records worldwide. Jackson has won hundreds of awards, making him the most-awarded recording artist in the history of popular music. In what would have been Jackson’s 52nd birthday on August 29, 2010, he became the most downloaded artist of all time in Nokia Music Store. Jackson became the first artist in history to have a top ten single in the Billboard Hot 100 in five different decades when “Love Never Felt So Good” reached number nine on May 21, 2014. Jackson traveled the world attending events honoring his humanitarianism and in 2000, the Guinness Book of Records recognized him for supporting 39 charities, more than any other artist or entertainer

All I can say is that coming from a place of not caring about Michael Jackson I have learned a lot about him and I truly admire him. I know that he is at peace and happy now.

Michael Jackson will never be forgotten!

Many blessings,

Great Ways to Enjoy Springtime

Hello Spring

Everyday Things

Spend 5 minutes each day relaxing and meditating

Concentrate on your surroundings, the sensations in your body and the feeling of tension dissolving. As you get into the habit you may like to play music, my meditation video or a visualization CD, and extend the time to half an hour. Remember that ten minutes per day are worth much more than an hour at the weekends – your subconscious is a creature of habit and responds best to repetition.

Get outside in the fresh air for 5 to 10 minutes a day

Walk, take deep breaths, do stretches. As time goes by, try to increase this, so that you walk, or run for up to half an hour.

Make sure you get out into nature each week. If you are a city-dweller make this a weekend routine.

Treat Yourself …
To a massage or full spa break.

If You Find It Hard To Think Positive …
Try hypnotherapy with Cherokee Billie for a wonderfully relaxing experience that can change your mind at a deep level.

Sign Up For A Yoga Class
It does wonders for all sorts of complaints, increases your sense of the spiritual and can help you lose weight.

Choose an exercise that you like, and do it.

Dancing to your favorite tunes every day for ten minutes in your living room is much better than taking out an expensive gym subscription that goes to waste. Be honest with yourself about what you like and can realistically accomplish.

Avoid Diets

It’s so negative being told what you can’t eat and having to plan calories, which can have you obsessing constantly about food.

Instead Focus On Positives. Make sure you drink two liters of water per day and have loads of fruit and vegetables. You won’t have the room, or the inclination, to eat bad stuff.

Some Ancient Rituals

Be sure and invite the Angels into your home! Learn how by clicking Here

Rub an essential oil into a candle, or heat it in an oil-diffuser. It will lift your spirits.

Leave A Glass Of Water In The Spring Sunshine …

for half an hour, then drink the energy of the growing light.

Light a Bright Yellow Candle

Watch the flame. Imagine the resurgence of life within the earth and imagine that the light of the sun is shining from your own solar plexus. Say “I welcome the bright sun, inside and outside.”

Try Ginseng And/Or Licorice …

To banish fatigue, green tea for oomph, peppermint or rosemary teas for gentle stimulation. Avoid anything that contains caffeine, for the temporary high will be followed by a low. (Always read labels and consult a professional if you are using ginseng or licorice for more than a couple of weeks)

It’s time to shed the dead parts of winter and following some of these suggestions can help you start enjoying springtime.

Reunited In Spirit. A Mother’s Story

Beckie and Bubba

Beckie and Bubba

A wonderful client, named Beckie, has been following my work for many years.  She contacted me two weeks ago to have the Guided Journey Into Spirit.  Her son, Bubba who was only 24 years old, passed away four years ago.  He was born with incredible health problems due to prematurity causing cerebral palsy, severe pulmonary problems, he could not walk and was limited in his verbal communication abilities.  Beckie sent me pictures of Bubba and he had such a beautiful spirit about him.  She said he was always happy and had a way without words of making everyone else happy around him.

Bubba was having a procedure conducted in a hospital when he was administered an excessive amount of medication and it caused him to pass. The heartbreak for Beckie and her daughter was enormous as he brightened up their life so much.  I liked hearing about him before we did the Guided Journey.  I was able to pick up his spirit and start connecting with him prior to our appointment.  It’s always a blessing for me when I start sensing who we are contacting.

The other night we had our session going into spirit.  Beckie was able to clearly see the spirit world section that we where in. Her Guardian angel was there to greet her, but she could not see or hear the angel speak to her. One of the reasons was she kept hearing outside noises and they were distracting her from letting go completely. She expressed this to me so I would understand what was going on for her.  I felt good that she was able to see the spirit world and did not feel that this was a major problem.  We were taken to a little cottage and she went inside with me.  It had a big fireplace and only one piece of furniture, a large sofa.  There was a young man sitting on the sofa when we entered.  I directed her to sit down as I knew this was Bubba.  He was a handsome young man with absolutely no health problems.

Beckie could see the outline of his body and knew that he was there and was filled with so much happiness and excitement at being able to see Bubba.  He got up and started dancing around the room with enjoyment of seeing his mother once again.  She was able to see the dancing outline of Bubba. He wanted her to see him whole and complete.  Beckie told me that Bubba immensely loved music and would try to move as though he was dancing when he was alive.  This was making her extremely happy. She was still having problems hearing what he was saying to her due to the noise distractions.  Normally I do not get involved with the conversations as my main purpose is to be a guide.  In this situation, I knew that I had to give her the messages that Bubba was saying.

He had so much to tell her about his life now and all the things that he was able to do in the spirit world. Bubba works with people who pass over and have similar disabilities as he had.  He helps them adjust to having a complete spiritual body.  He told her how much he enjoyed flying around on the backs of dragonflies.  She told me that from the time she had been a small child, she had always loved and been fascinated by dragonflies.  She had never told Bubba about this, so for her this was a great confirmation of who was there with her. I wanted Beckie to be able to fully visualize him and did not know how I was going to get this to happen when suddenly the door to the cottage opened and in stepped Michael Jackson.  This was such a great shock to me, as I had not communicated with Michael Jackson in six years.

He went over to the fireplace and when he stood there Bubba joined him and together they started dancing.  The moment this happened Beckie was finally able to see Bubba as well as Michael Jackson.  They just kept dancing in unison.  This made her immensely happy, as she was finally able to fully visualize her precious, beloved son after so long.

They performed elaborate dancing together and for me it was really something to see because I knew Michael had been working in spirit with Bubba.  I always knew that Michael was doing great spiritual work and here he was showing some of the work he had done.

Beckie sat on the sofa and just enjoyed seeing her son free from his physical body and moving with such freedom and joy.  When at last the dancing ended, Bubba stood on the right side of her and Michael on the left and all three embraced in one group hug. Beckie stated she was able to feel the love from both Bubba and Michael that they were feeling and giving to her.

Afterwards, Beckie, Bubba, and Michael exited the cottage and started back through the path we had come in on.  We came to the place of departure and Beckie was able to give a final big hug to her beloved Bubba.

When we came back into the third dimension Beckie was still tremendously overwhelmed with joy.  I told her to make sure she wrote down everything she could remember right away so she would not lose the memory of this wonderful and loving experience.  At that point, we said good night.

I called Beckie the next day to see how she was doing and she was still on cloud nine from this experience.  It was wonderful to hear her share what she received from this unique journey.  I have a feeling she’s going to be able to sense and feel Bubba more easily from now on.

Whenever she really wants to connect all she has to do is listen to some Michael Jackson music and both of them will be there for her.  Beckie had been listening to music quite often during the past two months and without knowing why, she would stop and take notice when a song came on the radio of Michael Jackson singing. Now Beckie fully understood the significance of this.

It was wonderful to see the powerful spirits that both Bubba and Michael have become.

What is life like for Michael Jackson in spirit?

MJ in Spirit

I always enjoy doing these journeys in the spirit world as my clients receive so much that is helpful to them. This one was quite different for me because I had the honor of being able to channel Michael Jackson right after he died in 2009 and I got to know his spirit and who he was for the six months that I was in communication with him. At that point he needed to be left alone so that he could go through his own personal healing. The reason he reached out to communicate was because the pull of his fans was so strong on him and he had such a love for people that he wanted to try to make them not feel so sad or angry at his passing.

I cannot begin to express how surprised I was at seeing him again after so many years. He did not communicate with me because his reasons for being there was for my client Beckie and for her son Bubba. It just made my heart feel really good to see him once again.

Getting close to his spirit helped me understand this gentle soul and what he went through during his lifetime. It’s easy for people to judge another, but until you walk or moonwalk in another’s shoes, you do not know what they have gone through. Michael was a beautiful soul who was greatly misunderstood. I know that he is happy and at peace in the spirit world.

Whenever I put my CD player on jukebox and the song ‘Billie Jean’ comes up I just consider it a little hello from Michael and it always makes me smile. His music was the gift he left the world and through it he will always communicate.

His music and performances will always live on. Many generations from now people still will be emulating his performances. His legacy will never die!

Honoring a Legend-Michael Jackson Five Years Later!

Honoring a Legend-Michael Jackson-Five Years Since Michael Jackson Passed. Click Picture For Tribute Article
June 25, 2014 marks five years since the passing of Michael Jackson. True legends never die and Michael Jackson will always be remembered as one of the greatest entertainers ever.

I was able to do it on radio and from there I continued channeling him until he had delivered the messages that he wanted his fans to hear and then it was time for him to move forward on his spiritual journey.

One thing people want to always bring up is the bad things about people and to this day Michael Jackson is still attacked over things that he did not do. He went on trial in the year 2005 accused of sexually molesting a young boy. So many of his friends did not stand by him through this, but some true friends did. Macaulay Culkin and Corey Feldman were willing to testify on his behalf stating that they had spent the night with him many times when they were children and never did Michael Jackson touch them. That shows what true friends do.

The State of California is hard on child molesters and they were not able to find sufficient evidence of him doing anything malicious to children. To this day people want to call him a predator and they do not understand that he was nothing like that.

Whenever someone finds out that I channeled Michael Jackson the first thing they want to know is was he a child molester. The answer is NO.

People love to judge others when they have never walked in that person’s shoes. “Who are you to judge the life I live? I know I’m not perfect and I don’t live to be. But, before you start pointing fingers, make sure your hands are clean.” ~ Bob Marley

All I can say is that coming from a place of not caring about Michael Jackson I have learned a lot about him and I truly admire him. I know that he is at peace and happy now.

From Jacinta

Michael Jackson brought me to life, simply put. Back when I was depressed your piece “Will You Be There” kept me alive, and after you died I woke up.

You made me realize that I was valuable and could do good in this world, and you are with me in my journey to make the world a better place. Thank you for your beauty, your innocence, your talent, your strength, your courage, your wisdom, your music, your dancing, and above all: thank you for your love. You taught me the real power and value of art and music, how it can unite people. You taught me spirituality and love. You taught me the value and importance of forgiveness. You taught me the importance of seeing the divine in everything and everyone. You kick started my love for Mother Earth. I really do not know what else to say to you, except using the words of Jadagrace: “Your magic has inspired me to be the best that I can be”

In July 2012, you became literally a part of me. “Michael Jackson 1958 – Forever” is proudly visible on my left lower arm.Lene's tattoo

Thank you so much for everything, Sweet Angel. I love you more.

From Sheila

I would like to pay tribute to an icon; a wonderful entertainer; a humanitarian; and a lovely human being.

Michael you left the physical world June 25 2009, but the gifts you left behind will keep you in the hearts and minds of those who love you always.

You were an amazing performer – world famous, and now an immortal icon. However, I think many people (at times including yourself) forgot that you were a human being too. You had faults and flaws like the rest of us, but you certainly were not the monster or freak that some have tried to make you out to be.

People need just to listen to your songs and poems; and even the interviews you gave to see the man you really were and tried to be. They need just to look at the humanitarian work you did, to see the Love you gave. You gave as much Love as you could and that outweighed the faults you may have had – Love always does.

It is evident that you allowed life to take chunks of you, but who can blame you for that. In many ways you lived a privileged life, but you also endure cruel attacks on a world wide stage, while fighting your own personal demons. Looking at your life, it could seem like a tragedy of sorts. But the amount of Love so many people have for you, as well as what you left behind proves your life was an amazing triumph.

What remains now is your music; your poems; and your dance… but more beautifully, your spirit and your Love. Magic feet Of Michael Jackson

I Love you
Be Blessed
Sheila

How to Find Happiness Medicine

How to Find Happiness Medicine-Click Picture For Article
Would you like to wake up every morning feeling happier, fully alive, and more connected to life than you already are?

Of course you would. We all want to be happier. In fact, Aristotle said that “happiness is the goal of all goals—the be all and end all of life.”

Unfortunately, we don’t always feel happy. But we can change and here is how!

Once a man from a tribal culture had become troubled and unhappy. The villagers had taken him to the local shaman (medicine man). After the suffering man poured out his troubles to the wise spiritual leader, the shaman sat quietly for a moment. Then, instead of giving him advice or prescribing an herbal remedy, the shaman simply asked him four questions:

1. When did you stop singing?
2. When did you stop dancing?
3. When did you stop being enchanted by story?
4. When did you stop being comforted by the sweet territory of silence?

Across all cultures, the healers and medicine people know that if someone is unhappy, they are inevitably missing one or more of these four crucial ingredients for happiness.

Without song, movement, story-telling and silence, we begin to experience a loss of soul or spirit.

Let’s take a closer look at each of these:

1. Singing: Singing can be as simple as humming or chanting or it can be a full blown aria in the shower. You don’t have to have a great voice or be on key—just singing opens the heart. Research shows that the sound of your own voice singing, chanting or humming strengthens your immune system. Even though we often think of singing as an expression of being happy, it can actually help you recover your inner peace and well-being if you’ve lost your joy.

2. Dancing/Moving Your Body: Every culture throughout history has had some form of movement in dance, sport, and exercise. Moving your body creates endorphins, the feel-good hormone. Movement and dance bring you back into your body and help you trust your body’s deep wisdom.

3. Storytelling/Sharing with Others: Storytelling is one of the oldest healing tools igniting our heart and imagination and re-enchanting the world. Make sure to share your story with others—not the victim version, but the empowered one.

4. Silence: While silence is something that’s hard to come by in our culture, it is one of the most important allies you have in raising your happiness level. Being silent, even for 10 or 15 minutes a day, allows you to touch the great mystery of life and remember who you are.

So, the next time you find yourself a little down or in a funk, remember the shaman’s four questions. Then add a bit of singing, dancing, story-telling, and silence into your day. I guarantee you will find this powerful medicine working in your life.
