Visits from my Spirit Guides

I just did a new video on spirit guides because lately I have been getting frequent visits from my spirit guides.  One of my main guides, Jim, has been appearing frequently in my dreams, which is not the usual method in which we connect, but I know that right now that is one of the best ways for him to get through to me.  Over the past year I have been under enormous stress due to health issues and slow business.  Often I feel totally alone because of my situation.   It’s comforting to have Jim show up.  Basically the messages are that I am not alone and that he is watching out for me. I need to know this more than ever.

My Spirit Guides help me know that I’m still connected spiritually. Even though I work as a spiritual advisor; I’m in need of comfort and guidance at times. After all I am a human going through this experience.  It’s so wonderful to have these beautiful loving spirits help. I do not call them on command; they always come to me when they feel its right.

When I’m working with a client guides come readily to help. It is never been difficult for me to get answers for others. What is sometimes difficult is being able to hear or see my own guides. Most psychics will tell you that they cannot do a reading on themselves. The reason is the emotional attachment. When you are reading someone else you do not have the attachment and are able to hear and see things much more clearly.

If you would like to connect to your Spirit Guide and need assistance contact me and I will be happy to help you connect with these beautiful spirits. You can contact me at CherokeeBillieSpiritualAdvisor.com or else call (786)-375-5434

I just want to say that I’m grateful for all of you wonderful spirit guides. I want to thank all my angels for everything that you are doing in my life.

With gratitude,
Cherokee Billie

Hunters Full Moon October 27, 2015

Dark Cat copia

If you’re prone to tilt your head and howl at the moon, like the great hunters the coyotes, October 27 will be the only night this month when the moon will be visible in the sky all night long. Just be mindful of the neighbors when you howl!

All you Moon Lovers Mark your calendars because this is the last Supermoon of the year! It is also known as a sanguine or “blood” moon, the term “Hunters Moon” is used traditionally to refer to a full moon that appears during the month of October. This full Moon is also called the Travel Moon and the Dying Grass Moon.

To the Native Americans full moons were a way to keep track of the seasons and make appropriate preparations for survival. Besides, with falling leaves and the fattening of wild game, also preparing for winter, who could argue that this month’s moon signaled a good time to go hunting. Hunter’s Moon the name for the full moon after the Harvest Moon, which is the full moon nearest the September autumnal equinox. That’s why October’s moon bears the name Hunter’s Moon.

The Hunters Full Moon is also called the Shedding Moon, Blood Moon, or the Falling Leaf Moon. Coming right before Samhain/Halloween, it is a time when the nights are crisp and clear, and you can sense a change in the energy around you. Halloween also marks the beginning of the Pagan New Year.

This is the time when the veil between our world and the spirit world are at its thinnest. Use this time for spiritual growth. If there is a deceased ancestor you wish to contact, this is a great month to do it. Throughout October work on your spiritual self, and pay attention to messages you get in your dreams. Plan a ritual to remember those who have passed from this world, and be sure to make an offering to them.

As for Halloween night the moon will add mystery to the night..

An in depth Spiritual Reading should be done every moon cycle. Since, every moon cycle represents a change it not only affects our external forces but our internal forces as well. Call today to find out what is in store for you during this time of change, (866)-563-3997.

Have you Picked up a Feather Lately?

Have you Picked up a Feather Lately?
The Path of the Feather traces all the animals, feathers are the easiest to find. It takes a special moment, a sacred space, to see the beauty of the feather, and if you have paused long enough to notice, and stopped long enough to pick it up, you can be assured you are already on this path.

If you have never stopped long enough to pick up a feather it is now time for you to begin. Birds leave their feathers as their traces all around us. You won’t find other traces from animals around you as easily. Unless you are lucky enough to live in a wild place, bears or lions don’t leave traces near your home except in your visions. But right in front of you in the parking lot of the market is a feather taking you on this journey. It will take you to the sacred sites, it will sing to you of the legends, it will make you alive. It will take you to the sacred places near you, and give you gifts to tell you who you are and what you are to do. Each time you pick up a feather it is a reminder that you are on the right path and that your life is sacred again.

On the Path of the Feather, we pray for world peace. In this dark time, making medicine wheels for peace and forgiveness is our work. Making art, writing, dancing and making music for world peace is our work. Pray and make medicine wheels to heal those who are in pain, to forgive and bring world peace.

Animals are Love

Pets are our close companions because they provide love, comfort, safety, warmth, happiness, levity, wonder, laughter, and friendship. Pets teach us to have more patience with life and to enjoy the simple things.

I believe all the animals I have had in my life are truly spiritual beings, and it’s my opinion they have been put in my life for a reason: to help me be a better person in the here and now and to teach me things that will lead me to a joyous hereafter.

Here are some quotations about animals and please share your own thoughts about these wonderful marvelous creatures that share our lives.

A house is not a home without a pet.

Animals are such agreeable friends–they ask no questions, they pass no criticisms.
– George Eliot

Love the animals: God has given them the rudiments of thought and joy untroubled.
– Fyodor Dostoyevsky

Who can believe that there is no soul behind those luminous eyes!
– Theophile Gautier

If having a soul means being able to feel love and loyalty and gratitude, then animals are better off than a lot of humans.
– James Herriot

My most treasured possessions are not things; they are only things, my friends, family and animals are what counts.
– Olivia Newton-John

The difference between friends and pets is that friends we allow into our company, pets we allow into our solitude.
– Robert Brault

The best thing about animals is that they don’t talk much.
– Thornton Wilder

All of the animals except for man know that the principle business of life is to enjoy it.
– Samuel Butler

✿ A PRAYER FOR ANIMALS ✿

Almighty God, we come together to thank you for the beauty and glory and of your creation; to praise you for your holiness and grace; to acknowledge our responsibility to animals for our use of the created world. But, first of all, we pray for your forgiveness because of our part in sins of thoughtlessness and cruelty towards animal life.

Almighty God, you have given us temporary lordship of your beautiful creation. But we have misused our power, turned away from responsibility and marred your image in us.

Forgive us, especially for our callousness and cruelty to animals. Enable us, by your spirit, to walk in newness of life, healing injury, avoiding wrong and making peace with all your creatures. God of everlasting love, who is eternally forgiving; pardon and restore us, and make us one with you in your creation.

Amen
