What is Freedom?

What is Freedom?-Click Picture For Inspirational Article.
With the celebration of Independence Day just around the corner people often talk about freedom. Freedom is often thought of in terms of your country, democracy, etc. But is that really freedom?

Freedom can represent something different to each person.
Let me give some examples:
• A person in prison would consider freedom being outside prison walls.
• A person living in a dictatorship longs to live in a country that is democratic.
• A homeless person might consider freedom having a roof over their head.
• A sick person would consider freedom not having an illness.
• A person who is financially broke might consider freedom having money to pay their bills.
• A person in an abusive marriage would consider freedom being divorced.

Every person looks at freedom differently. True freedom comes from within you. I know you have heard this before, but it is true. There are people who are in prisons that still keep that freedom inside of their soul.

I always find the movie the “Shawshank Redemption” to be a good example of how a person holds onto hope and freedom inside of their soul despite the outward realities. The character Andy Dufresne is imprisoned for twenty years, yet inside of himself he holds on to hope of being a free man. He does not express this to anyone, but deep inside of him he makes a resolution that he will obtain freedom. It takes time and eventually he does become a free man once again.

There are people that are bedridden that still have freedom inside their spirit despite the fact that they cannot function their physical body. As a bedridden person I have a continual battle inside of myself to maintain the spirit of a free person. Sure, there are times that I feel totally despondent about my situation, but I hold on with everything I have. That freedom is within me and there will always be an answer if I just hold on long enough. Does that mean that I’m going to be miraculously healed? Not necessarily. It means that I must find a way to not let my circumstances defeat my soul.

Then there are the opposite, people who believe they are free who really are living like zombies following the crowd and not thinking for themselves. To me they are more imprisoned then anyone else. They are being controlled by the media, the Internet, television, movies, families, and even jobs. They do not realize that they are not free inside of themselves. They have to feel an attachment to something or else they feel completely lost. More and more I see people becoming zombies as technology advances. They have no clue how to think for themselves without some influence.

People often compromise their personal freedom for the sake of having peace in a situation. It does not mean you have to argue with someone, but do you really have to go along with someone else’s program? Not if it goes against your soul. Of course there are situations where it’s best to keep silent. Nowadays too many people are keeping silent when they should be speaking up for what they feel or believe inside themselves.

How do you obtain personal freedom? That takes deep introspection and examining all parts of you, the good, the bad, the dark, and the light. All of these elements we have within us and if we do not expose our internal self to all parts of who we are we really never know who or what we are.

So the first step to personal freedom is giving up everything you have been taught or thought and spending time examining your life completely. This can often be hard because sometimes you will become more depressed at the parts of you that you feel you cannot change. Change can come when you develop the attitude that you want a personal revolution.

The only real change always comes from within. External forces cannot change your internal self. Be patient as it does take time and like a snake you have to shed the old skin to become a new person. Peeling off the layers of yourself takes time and sometimes you may want to put some of the old layers back on as they are more comfortable. Sometimes a few of those layers need to be put back on after you have discarded the negative and counter-productive layers. This is where you have to really be willing to fight the battle within to obtain personal freedom.

So are you willing and ready to become free?

No matter what your circumstances it is within you to be a free independent thinker and person. Many of the great people throughout history, who made a difference in this world, were those who chose personal freedom. They are the ones who are written about in history books and remembered by many. The person who does not become free inside is often not remembered by many because they were just like everyone else.

We can become a diamond that sheds light on the world if we are willing to step out and be free. If you can endure the pressure it takes to be that diamond, you will shine.

That is true independence!

Many blessings,
Cherokee Billie

“The most important kind of freedom is to be what you really are. You trade in your reality for a role. You trade in your sense for an act. You give up your ability to feel, and in exchange, put on a mask. There can’t be any large-scale revolution until there’s a personal revolution, on an individual level. It’s got to happen inside first.” ~ Jim Morrison

New Moon June 27, 2014

New Moon June 27, 2014-Click Picture For Full Article On The New MoonA New Moon occurs on Friday, June 27th, 2014, at 4:08 AM EDT marking the beginning of a new cycle. The Gemini New Moon cycle ends and the Cancer New Moon cycle begins. The above picture has an awesome prayer to say out loud on the first night of a new moon. It sets your intentions to a new vibration.

A new moon symbolizes new beginnings when you look at old goals and set new ones. It is a good time to contemplate upon your life. The meaning of a new moon is the opportunity to start anew and refresh your dreams and desires. It is a time of magic! Did you set New Year’s Resolutions that may need a little boost to them by now? Have any of your goals gone from bright to dim? Now is the time to support them with the new moon energy and its significance and symbolism.

It is important to pull our energy inward, to be the brightest lights we can, to show the greatest love we can. We hope the light we shine will catch others alight.
To make this a sacred time use Four Items to honor the elements. Have with you a small bottle of sand for the element of earth, a feather for the element of air, a red candle for the element of fire, and a cup of water for the element of water.

On the evening of the New Moon fill a glass with pure clean water. Hold your filled glass and take a moment to stand before any sacred space that you have set up or is special to you and breathe into your center – that deep internal place that is the source of your intent and where all change is possible. Internalize the knowing that All Water is One Water, with the power to cleanse and purify, to wash away the dust of all that was. Know that water always seeks to flow and in so doing erodes away all the blocks and obstacles that hinder its progress.

Fill yourself with all the thoughts of change that help this world to be better in all ways. Bring up all the ways that you can help to foster and create that change, not only within but also in your daily life to the world around you. Allow those intentions and energy to flow into the water that you hold.

Add to its power by singing, drumming or raising energy in your own unique way. Allow your energy to infuse the remaining water within your glass while deeply knowing that all water is connected. Remember that all water is one water, and that the water of our bodies is the same as the sea and the rain and the river. The energy of water flows and returns to you like a great tide, the waves of true and undeniable change that begins with your own personal divine source.

Drink some of the water in your glass and allow the energy to infuse all parts of your inner self, knowing that you raising your vibration to a higher level.

New Moon Manifestation Ceremonies That You Can Perform.

New Moon Magic: Make a fresh start, begin a project, initiate a new relationship, start a new routine. Create a ritual: Set an intention, write down your wishes, dreams, and desires. Light a white/silver candle; imagine the new moving toward you in joyful, powerful ways. Spend a few moments breathing in the energy of this new reality each day, making it more and more tangible. Work this for one moon cycle and re-access and energize on the next new moon if needed.

Abundance Check Ritual for the New Moon.
Abundance Check

Writing an Abundance Check is an exercise you can use to create more abundance in your life and the check is to be written within 24 hours after each New Moon. It is not necessary to put a date on the check and you DO NOT write a specific dollar amount on the check. Then put the check away in a safe place and forget about it. The Universe will take over from there.

Let this new moon help you make a difference in your life and in your part of the world.

Blessings of the Maiden Moon to you!

Honoring a Legend-Michael Jackson Five Years Later!

Honoring a Legend-Michael Jackson-Five Years Since Michael Jackson Passed. Click Picture For Tribute Article
June 25, 2014 marks five years since the passing of Michael Jackson. True legends never die and Michael Jackson will always be remembered as one of the greatest entertainers ever.

Michael’s style was unique and totally original. From the time he became famous as a child it was evident that there was something different about this young boy. As he grew and became an adult he proved what a remarkable artist he was with his dynamic album “Thriller.” His dancing was magical and there was no way you could not take your eyes off of him when he performed. He knew how to captivate an audience.

His charitable work was a constant love of his. When he was alive he gave to more charities then any other entertainer at that time. He had great empathy for those that were suffering in this world. He understood suffering as he did not always have an easy life growing up and being famous. They were both difficult and filled with hardships. People only saw the glitz and the glamour and not what went on behind the scenes.

No matter what he was going through Michael always did his best to show appreciation and love for his fans. He understood that they were the reason he was successful.

His passing at the age of 50 was a shock for so many, but I feel that the pressures he went through took a hard toll on his life. What he did was leave a great legacy of work in his music, dancing, poetry, writing, and humanitarian work.

I was privileged to be able to speak to his spirit after his passing and I learned a great deal about Michael Jackson that I never knew. I had not been a fan of his although I always knew he was a great entertainer. I prefer hard rock and roll and his type of music just did not appeal to me.

Channeling his spirit changed my life in more ways than one. I never would have thought of contacting his spirit, but I was asked by a radio station if I could contact him a few days after his passing. I was able to do it on radio and from there I continued channeling him until he had delivered the messages that he wanted his fans to hear and then it was time for him to move forward on his spiritual journey.

One thing people want to always bring up is the bad things about people and to this day Michael Jackson is still attacked over things that he did not do. He went on trial in the year 2005 accused of sexually molesting a young boy. So many of his friends did not stand by him through this, but some true friends did. Macaulay Culkin and Corey Feldman were willing to testify on his behalf stating that they had spent the night with him many times when they were children and never did Michael Jackson touch them. That shows what true friends do.

The State of California is hard on child molesters and they were not able to find sufficient evidence of him doing anything malicious to children. To this day people want to call him a predator and they do not understand that he was nothing like that.

Whenever someone finds out that I channeled Michael Jackson the first thing they want to know is was he a child molester. The answer is NO.

People love to judge others when they have never walked in that person’s shoes. “Who are you to judge the life I live? I know I’m not perfect and I don’t live to be. But, before you start pointing fingers, make sure your hands are clean.” ~ Bob Marley

All I can say is that coming from a place of not caring about Michael Jackson I have learned a lot about him and I truly admire him. I know that he is at peace and happy now.

If you would like to hear one of the messages I received from Michael’s spirit Click Here.

I am enclosing some tributes that two loyal admirers of his sent me for this five year tribute. I know that you will enjoy them.

Many blessings,
Cherokee Billie

From Jacinta

Michael Jackson brought me to life, simply put. Back when I was depressed your piece “Will You Be There” kept me alive, and after you died I woke up.

You made me realize that I was valuable and could do good in this world, and you are with me in my journey to make the world a better place. Thank you for your beauty, your innocence, your talent, your strength, your courage, your wisdom, your music, your dancing, and above all: thank you for your love. You taught me the real power and value of art and music, how it can unite people. You taught me spirituality and love. You taught me the value and importance of forgiveness. You taught me the importance of seeing the divine in everything and everyone. You kick started my love for Mother Earth. I really do not know what else to say to you, except using the words of Jadagrace: “Your magic has inspired me to be the best that I can be”

In July 2012, you became literally a part of me. “Michael Jackson 1958 – Forever” is proudly visible on my left lower arm.Lene's tattoo

Thank you so much for everything, Sweet Angel. I love you more.

From Sheila

I would like to pay tribute to an icon; a wonderful entertainer; a humanitarian; and a lovely human being.

Michael you left the physical world June 25 2009, but the gifts you left behind will keep you in the hearts and minds of those who love you always.

You were an amazing performer – world famous, and now an immortal icon. However, I think many people (at times including yourself) forgot that you were a human being too. You had faults and flaws like the rest of us, but you certainly were not the monster or freak that some have tried to make you out to be.

People need just to listen to your songs and poems; and even the interviews you gave to see the man you really were and tried to be. They need just to look at the humanitarian work you did, to see the Love you gave. You gave as much Love as you could and that outweighed the faults you may have had – Love always does.

It is evident that you allowed life to take chunks of you, but who can blame you for that. In many ways you lived a privileged life, but you also endure cruel attacks on a world wide stage, while fighting your own personal demons. Looking at your life, it could seem like a tragedy of sorts. But the amount of Love so many people have for you, as well as what you left behind proves your life was an amazing triumph.

What remains now is your music; your poems; and your dance… but more beautifully, your spirit and your Love. Magic feet Of Michael Jackson

I Love you
Be Blessed

Remembering America’s Angel Farrah Fawcett

Remembering America’s Angel Farrah Fawcett-Click Picture For Tribute Article
June 25, 2014 marks the 5th year since Farrah Fawcett pasted into spirit. We remember her beauty, grace and love. Farrah Fawcett will be remembered today as more than just a sex symbol. To me she was a courageous woman who accepted her fate, yet, fought with everything she had to overcome it and to survive.

Though the poster image of the beautiful “Charlie’s Angels” actress in skin-tight red swimsuit will forever remain an icon of the 1970s, Farrah was determined to prove that she was more than just a pretty face and body and did so by taking on challenging acting roles in the 1984 television movie “The Burning Bed” and the film “Extremities” in 1986.

Farrah Fawcett died at age 62 of complications from anal cancer about 9:30 a.m. PT, about two hours before Michael Jackson died. Because her death was widely anticipated, she was diagnosed in 2006, most of the news coverage focused on Jackson.

Farrah was definitely America’s Angel. I know that she is at peace and does not suffer any longer.

Farrah put up a courageous battle and stayed strong spiritually until the end. I have felt her spirit by reading the following book. “My Journey with Farrah: A Story of Life, Love, and Friendship” by Alana Stewart , a book that everyone should read…if the word cancer has ever touched your life or anyone’s life it is a must read. The word Cancer changes and touches everyone, this book about friendship, life, love and living in the moment and taking nothing for granted…a reminder we all need to hear…and listen to. I could not put this book down; it made me cry, laugh and take a closer look at my life. We should all be so blessed to have a friend like Alana in our lives. One never knows why people come into our lives and what impact they may have on it…take nothing for granted and treasure every moment.

I could not put this book down. It was that good. I was touched, inspired, amused — and literally in tears by the final chapter. Alana Stewart’s journal is the perfect tribute to
“America’s Angel.” I am a changed person after reading this. I heartily recommend it to anyone and everyone who needs a primer course in real friendship, real love, real faith and real courage. A beautiful book from cover to cover — with one warning — it’ll absolutely break your heart. But it will lead you through a personal journey toward deeper soul understanding.

Thank you Alana for having the courage to write and share this story. This is a book that will touch many lives…and help many….a must read.

Alana Stewart — ex-wife of singer Rod Stewart — Started the Farrah Fawcett Foundation, which is dedicated to finding alternative methods of treating cancer, with an emphasis on anal and pediatric cancers.

The greatest gift Farrah Fawcett left the world was her determination in life and her fight against cancer. Let her story inspire you.

If you are battling cancer do not succumb to self pity, fight and fight hard. Use medical treatment, natural treatments, and meditation because cancer is not a death sentence. Many people live a long life after being diagnosed with cancer and fighting it.

Combining Naturopathic medicine with traditional medicine is a good way to fight cancer. Click here to read my article on Dry Skin Brushing , which is extremely beneficial for cleaning out the lymph nodes.

Farrah Fawcett was a very artistic person and so strong, she was often unappreciated. A real heroine. Remember the life of Farrah as she was an earth angel, America’s Angel, deeply loved by all who knew her, and now is a heavenly one. Take a few moments to remember this courageous woman.

Many blessings,

Celebrating the Summer Solstice June 21, 2014

Celebrating the Summer Solstice June 21, 2014-Click Picture For Full Article In Celebration Ceremonies.
The solstice heralds the beginning of summer in the Northern Hemisphere on June 21 2014 at 6:51 A.M. EDT.

Sol + stice derives from a combination of Latin words meaning “sun” + “to stand still.” As the days lengthen, the sun rises higher and higher until it seems to stand still in the sky.

The summer solstice is a time to celebrate the ending of the waxing year and the beginning of the waning year, in preparation for the harvest to come. Midsummer is when all may absorb the Sun’s warming rays and it is a celebration of fertility, not only for humans, but also for crops, animals and all beings.

The summer solstice is the longest day of the year and the first day of summer. While those in the Northern Hemisphere cover up with sunscreen, residents in the Southern Hemisphere will be wrapping up in their warm clothes in honor of the winter solstice — the shortest day of the year and official start of winter.

Stepping into sacred time is becoming more and more important to our success as spiritual entrepreneurs. Focus on what you want to accomplish over the next few months that will bring peace and happiness into your life.

Stay out of your head as much as possible. Be more of an observer of your thoughts than the thinker of them. Quiet your mind and spend time in nature reconnecting your self . This is where summer can be a very healing time.

Every single line of energy we have in our bodies and light bodies is being opened, expanded and utilized right now – and some of these energy lines have never been opened up inside of us in this way before. So it can feel a little startling, disconcerting, even bring up anger or frustration. It can also make you feel euphoric, energized, and like your gifts are being magnified – because they are.

We are receiving yet another upgrade to our human and light systems. In other words, our cellular structure is being prepared very quickly, in time for this new energy that Summer Solstice and a number of other celestial events are bringing in. Our spirits are being more fully integrated with our bodies. For some of you it’s happening right now and for some, it will happen closer to or on or just after Summer Solstice.

You know how this whole year so far has been an acceleration of your release of all that does not serve you? Well, right now, it’s as if we’re being squeezed and internally shifted to facilitate the massive release of what remains that needs to leave us.

If ever there was a time to let go and allow… that time is now. The more you resist it, or live in your head about it, the harder it will feel. The more you can allow this energetic/spiritual/physical upgrade, the easier and more amazing you will experience your transformation and success.

The Summer Solstice is called Midsummer or Litha in some medieval and Craft traditions; and Alban Hefin or Alban Heruin in other Celtic and Druidic traditions. In the mythical cycle, this is the end of the reign of the Oak King, and the beginning of the Holly King’s rule.

Litha is a time of great magical power. All forms of Sun magic are going to be amplified, and especially effective for love, healing and prosperity. This is also a very good time to perform blessings for your pets and home .

May the children of Earth awaken, rise up, and be about healing and blessing we need to give one another, and for our holy Mother Earth, our home. In the way of our ancestors, we honor the Turning.

Early Celebrations
Awed by the great power of the sun, civilizations have for centuries celebrated the first day of summer otherwise known as the Summer Solstice, Midsummer (see Shakespeare), St. John’s Day, or Litha.

The Celts and Slavs celebrated the first day of summer with dancing and bonfires to help increase the sun’s energy. The Chinese marked the day by honoring Li, the Chinese Goddess of Light.

Perhaps the most enduring modern ties with Summer Solstice were the Druids’ celebration of the day as the “wedding of Heaven and Earth”, resulting in the present day belief of a “lucky” wedding in June. Now we understand why June has traditionally been the most popular time of the year to be married.

Stonehenge at Summer Solstice

Stonehenge at Summer Solstice

Today, the day is still celebrated around the world – most notably in England at Stonehenge and Avebury, where thousands gather to welcome the sunrise on the Summer Solstice. Stonehenge is an ancient prehistoric site and has been a place of worship and celebration at the time of Summer Solstice since time immemorial.

Pagan spirit gatherings or festivals are also common in June, when groups assemble to light a sacred fire, and stay up all night to welcome the dawn.

Summer Solstice Fun Facts

• Pagans called the Midsummer moon the “Honey Moon” for the mead made from fermented honey that was part of wedding ceremonies performed at the Summer Solstice.
• Ancient Pagans celebrated Midsummer with bonfires, when couples would leap through the flames, believing their crops would grow as high as the couples were able to jump.
• Midsummer was thought to be a time of magic, when evil spirits were said to appear. To thwart them, Pagans often wore protective garlands of herbs and flowers. One of the most powerful of them was a plant called ‘chase-devil’, which is known today as St. John’s Wort and still used by modern herbalists as a mood stabilizer.

“Whatever is dreamed on this night, will come to pass.” ~ William Shakespeare

Now is the perfect time to connect to the Earth’s Energy. If you have wanted to make changes in your life is never too late to create a new you !

Indigo Children – Guides to the Future

Indigo Children - Guides to the Future by Cherokee Billie. Click Picture For Full Article
While all children are born to be unique and special individuals, Indigo children are capable of displaying amazing feats of intelligence and intuition that display an even deeper inner knowing. In a psychic reading, the Indigo child is recognized by his or her aura, which is a unique, deep indigo hue. This color is indicative of the Third Eye Chakra , which represents intuition and psychic ability. These children are very often labeled as being “gifted”, and are wise beyond their years. While the concept is primarily metaphysical in nature, Indigo Children may possess physically observable traits that also reveal their classification as an “indigo child.” Many have an arresting, penetrating gaze, and creative behavioral patterns.

These children are special because of their unusual psychological and spiritual attributes. Many children born in recent years reveal this phenomenon; in fact, there are some that believe they are a new type of human, born this generation, signaling a change and a transition to the next “age.” While most adults are currently of Blue or Violet auras, in coming years Indigo shades will be the normality. To some, Indigo Children are seen as a “bridge to the future.” Many agree that they experience a much thinner veil, or separation, between the earthly realm and the spiritual worlds. Because of this, they are able to access information that is restricted to others. There is hope that these individuals will help us learn to empathize with one another, and live in greater harmony. Some experts believe they are as many as 90% of all children under 9 years of age.

The term “Indigo Child” was first used by Nancy Ann Tappe, an expert in the study of intuitive readings and human auric fields. Through colors observed in human’s electromagnetic fields, she discovered a new way to psychologically profile a person using her auric method. In her studies, she found that 80% of children born after the year 1980 possessed a vibrant Indigo colored auric field. The “Indigo Child phenomenon” was popularized by the husband and wife team of Lee Carroll and Jan Tober. Carroll perceives himself to be a channeller for “Kyron,” an angelic entity that reveals important messages through him. In their book, The Indigo Children, Carroll and Tober wanted to call attention to the fact that today’s children are different — they are more challenging, more intuitive , and in some cases more confrontational and violent — from generations seen previously. Indigos are baffled by dishonesty, and because they recognize all humans to be equal, feel frustrated when teachers or bosses behave dictatorially. Because so many Indigo Children receive this diagnosis, Carroll and Tober also posit the theory that many children with attention deficit disorder (ADD) do not need psychotropic prescription drugs like Ritalin or Adderall, they simply require special care and a new parental approach.

Indigo Children have been shown in the media as supernatural entities, or children who possess a range of mysterious powers. Two films shot within the last few years, Indigo Children (2012) and Indigo (2003), both discuss the power of these children’s gifts. These on-screen representations, easily watchable, are not entirely accurate. Indigo Children have a purpose in this world: to prepare society for the new era, another stage in the evolution of humanity.

It’s understandable that parents of children who have received the ADD diagnosis do not want their child to be labeled as “different” or seen as less capable than those who are “normal” or even “gifted.” Treatment for children affected with this disorder has been hotly debated, and the near-hysteria surrounding Ritalin and other stimulant treatment methods have many people questioning the effectiveness of the medication. For those who question the validity of the Indigo Child phenomenon, there are not always answers. It is a matter of confronting one’s own perception of life and its inherent boundaries.

Indigos come into this world with a unique set of challenges to overcome. Often very empathetic, sensitive, nonconformist, and resistant to the heavy hand of authority, these children can suffer in school. They need parents that can identify their behavioral patterns and recognize them for what they are: amazing gifts with unlimited spiritual potential. Indigos know how to care for this world, environmentally and socially, and are capable communicating with our collective consciousness . They teach us to embrace our creative, spiritual selves. As we shift into the new millennium, these special kids have the tools to be our guides.

Strawberry Full Moon Friday June 13, 2014

Strawberry Full Moon Friday June 13, 2014-Click Picture For Full Article
The full moon is on Friday June 13th, 2014. The last time this happened on Friday the 13th was in October of 2000. After 2014, there won’t be another one on Friday the 13th until August 2049.

Strawberry Moon – This name was universal to every Algonquin tribe. However, in Europe they called it the Rose Moon. Also because the relatively short season for harvesting strawberries comes each year during the month of June . . . so the full Moon that occurs during that month was christened for the strawberry!

Native Americans also referred to this as Moon of the Corn. Always the growth of corn, the first cultivated crop, marked a time when culture took a leap forward. Corn fields were the heart of early villages. This grain is symbolic of intelligence and versatility. Corn has long been used in many nutritious dishes. The dried kernels can also be turned into jewelry and used in blessing rituals. Picking by moonlight is said to honor the crops.

This full moon is a sacred time for Native American women as they use it as a time to send up prayers for everyone and cleanse their spiritual selves.

It is extremely rare for the Full Moon, which always opens the veil to subtle energies and heightens the pace of life over all, to coincide with a Friday the 13th. Expect the unexpected and be alert to nuances. In many states the police are gearing up for more unusual activity on this full moon.

Because of it being Mercury Retrograde this is a perfect time to clean out your life. Many people believe that whenever there is a Mercury Retrograde that you should not do anything and wait till it passes. Well in the real world that just doesn’t work. Life goes on! So let’s remember the gifts that this period brings and trust that this is a good time of reflection and revising your journey in life. In the grand flow of life, these inward moving energies are conducive for fine tuning and helping to bring greater clarity, awareness, and focus

Start With:
Cleansing Your Spirit
• Clean out closets and drawers
• Clean off the clutter around your sleeping area
• Clean out old papers and receipts

You can take your time and do this cleaning over the next few weeks. It will benefit you enormously on your spiritual path.

I feel that all full moons are a special time for us to connect to the Great Spirit as well as the moon. Do something special in honor of this rare full moon.

Happy 51st birthday Johnny Depp!

Happy 51st birthday Johnny Depp! Click picture to read article
June 09, 2014 Johnny Depp turns 51 years old. Johnny proves that good things do get better with age! He has been a part of our culture for so long and he inspires and motivates many people. I send out best wishes and blessings to him on his birthday. I hope that he has a wonderful day and lives a long time so that he continues to delight and entertain us.

Johnny is a fine actor who always surprises me with his performances. I hope someday he makes a CD of music. He is a fine musician who accidentally fell in to acting. Some people do not realize that he came to Los Angeles to be a rock star. He was destined for fame one way or another and it came to him through acting.

Worldwide this man is loved and there has to be something beautiful inside of his soul to attract so much love. He definitely has the key to touch the hearts of so many. He is quite a remarkable actor, musician, and seems like nice man who has learned a lot of spiritual truth. His role choices are often quirky and he brings to each one uniqueness and strength quite unmatched by the majority of movie ’stars’.

I know that I have Johnny Depp Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. This infection started for me around 1993 and has progressed over the years. The first movie that really caught my attention was “What’s Eating Gilbert Grape.” I knew after seeing that movie that there was a lot more to Johnny Depp then just being a pretty boy. Over the years he has proven what a fine actor he is. The diversity of roles that he chooses is astounding. I’m sure each one of you has a favorite movie or character that he has played. Please share your thoughts about Johnny Depp in honor of his birthday.

A Dose of Depp a day keeps the doctor away!

Many blessings to you Johnny,
Cherokee Billie

P.S. Don’t tell anyone, but I have a crush on Johnny!

Celebrating the Life of Michael Jackson

Celebrating the Life of Michael Jackson-click picture for tribute article
June 25, 2014 marks five years since Michael Jackson passed into spirit. He was loved by millions and always will be. I would like to honor his life by asking you to write a short or long piece that I could post on my blog in remembrance of a remarkable entertainer and person. I will be sharing all of these throughout the month of June.

Many of you may know that I did communicate with the spirit of Michael Jackson for many months after he passed. It was a real privilege and I am deeply touched that he felt that he could convey his messages for his fans through me. I know that it helped many people. I no longer share messages that I receive from Michael as it brought out some real negative people who ended up attacking me. No matter what anyone thinks about me, I still believe Michael Jackson deserves to be remembered.

So together let’s celebrate the life of Michael Jackson by listening to his music, reading his books, and watching his videos. Those are the gifts that he left behind as well as all of his charitable work. Always celebrate someone’s life rather than their death.

Many blessings,
Cherokee Billie
