I just read this and it’s interesting because I’m about 90
minutes north of the entrance to Yellowstone park that
is at Gallation Gateway..in high school I lived on a ranch in
Red Lodge area the other Montana entrance..I loved going
to Lewis and Clark exhibit in Portland before moving back to do more healing with folks..which I am a city girl now…
I always was a city close to being able to visit nature
girl..just survived the wild so although I love seeing the
beautiful Montana scenery and imagery now…it’s just so remote and winter too long for me…butI try to love it for now..made me feel good to see beauty of elk (Wapati I
believe) and that it’s not all close minded old fashioned out here…Montana and Idaho are much more Western than
well I hit something..you are awesome on this site and all
the art adds soooo much…still will call soon..no need to
comment…Fondly, Sarah ; I was saying that Montana and
Wyoming are far more “western” than lots of California,
Washington, Idaho, and good old Oregon (I believe my
favorite.) One more thing, when Obama was here he
flew i.e. his helicopter so close over my house to Big Sky
and the park that my teeth rattled…I’m so close to Bozeman airport here..it’s never bad with airplanes though;
think it was just special low airspace for him and it is one
heavy duty helicopter!!!!!
